How does Yollat work?
Create a request with your items, addresses and pickup window. See the price for your route, dates and scope, then match with an eligible documented carrier. After acceptance, confirm your reservation and follow the real pickup and delivery. During the pilot, pay the approved amount directly to the carrier.
Can one vehicle carry items for multiple customers?
Yes. Shared transport can carry different customers’ partial loads in one vehicle when the configured trip customer limit, actual free volume/weight and other eligibility rules allow it.
How is the price calculated?
Route, volume and pickup window form the basis. Access, packing, assembly or special loads may need review; the final scope and price are presented for your approval.
How are items matched?
Route, dates, item dimensions/weight, actual available capacity and vehicle/carrier eligibility are evaluated together. A vehicle category alone does not determine capacity.
How is a carrier selected?
The system directs your request to eligible carriers under the existing rules. Carriers see and decide only on requests directed to them.
How do payments work in the pilot?
Real transport, carrier matching and reservations are active. Yollat collects no online payments or commission; you pay the approved transport amount directly to the carrier. Platform payment collection is not active during the pilot.
Does Yollat support real transport?
Yes. You can create a real transport request, match with an eligible documented carrier and make a reservation. The accepting independent carrier performs the move; matching depends on route, date and capacity eligibility.
Who do I pay?
During the pilot, pay the approved transport amount directly to the carrier. Yollat does not collect card payments or transfer money through the platform.
Why does Yollat not collect payments?
Yollat is in a closed pilot. Real transport and reservations are active, while online collection and commission payment infrastructure are not yet active. The approved amount is paid directly to the carrier.
